The Aurora State College of Technology joins the rest of the country in recognizing March as Fire Prevention Month and spreading the word about how important it is to stay safe around fires.

This year's theme, "Sa Pag-iwas sa Sunog, Hindi Ka Nagiisa," highlights fire safety and prevention as a shared responsibility, and every individual has a role to play in reducing the risk of fire. By working together, we can prevent fires and protect our loved ones.

Education and awareness are the best ways to protect ourselves, our homes, our families, and our communities from fires. Let's take action and make fire prevention a priority this month and beyond.

On July 27,2022, the ASCOT Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO) together with Mr. John Harry Jostunal -Fire Safety Officer and For. Wandeg C Diguinat -Safety Officer conducted roving at ASCOT Zabali Campus to Assess possible damages of earthquake. No damages and injuries were noted.
