The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Aurora, led by OIC PARPO II Josephine K. Aguinaldo, successfully conducted the Review and Performance Assessment on the Establishment of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) Special Lane for the Issuance of Tax Declaration under Project SPLIT on May 28, 2026, at Punta Mercedes, Baler, Aurora.
The activity was facilitated by the ESS Component under the SPLIT Project led by ESS Coordinator/CARPO Ma. Dina R. Daguman, the activity gathered DARPO key personnel, Provincial and Municipal Assessors, and partner stakeholders to assess the Special Lane mechanism under Project SPLIT, to conduct assessment of existing procedures, discuss relevant rules, to identify issues, operational gaps, challenges, and formulate recommendations and proposed action plans to further improve efficient and responsive land administration services for ARBs.
