Nakilahok at Nakiisa ang Municipal Federation Officer ng PYAP-Baler sa naganap na " Pag-Asa Ng Aurora Youth Advocacy and Rights Program" sa pangunguna Ng PYDO-Aurora na naglalayong ipalaganap ang ikauunlad ng sector ng Kabataan.
Dinaluhan ito ng iba't ibang sector, kinatawan ang sector ng Out of School Youth (OSY) Ang PYAP-Baler ay tumugon upang maki-isa sa programa ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Aurora.
Lubos na nagpapasalamat ang PYAP-Baler dahil sa mga bagong kaalaman at programa na naglalayong mapaunlad ang sector Ng Kabataan..
