This prestigious award is a testament to the dedication, commitment, and collaborative efforts of the entire Municipality of Balasan and all our partners who have supported our journey. It also affirms the impact of our entry, PAGSALIG, which embodies our commitment to empowering individuals, strengthening partnerships, and creating sustainable opportunities for our constituents.

We extend our sincerest appreciation to Mayor Filomeno "Pilo" Ganzon, whose visionary leadership, unwavering support, and commitment to public service have been instrumental in the success of PESO Balasan and the implementation of PAGSALIG.
