On August 12, 2026, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮, host of the official launching activity for the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) in Balaoan, successfully 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆. This milestone reflects the strong collaboration between dedicated healthcare workers, local leaders, and supportive residents.

As 𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼 𝗣. 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀 shared:

We are proud to share that our facility has successfully completed the requirements of the 2025 Integration Monitoring and Evaluation Tool (IMET) conducted by the Department of Health – Ilocos Center for Health Development (DOH-Ilocos CHD).

This achievement is highlighted by the Certificate of Epidemiology Surveillance Unit (ESU) Functionality, recognizing our continued commitment to maintaining a functional, responsive, and reliable disease surveillance system.

This milestone reflects the dedication and teamwork of our Municipal Health Office personnel and partners in strengthening health surveillance, timely reporting, data-driven decision-making, and effective public health response.
