PAGDIRIWANG NG KAINANG PAMILYA MAHALAGA DAY 2026

A well-rested and family-supported public servant is a more productive public servant.

BPSU Turns ARTA Compliance into Environmental Action

As part of BPSU's commitment to good governance and environmental stewardship, Bataan Peninsula State University - Main Campus successfully conducted its Institutional Inland Clean-Up Drive in support of the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) 2026.

With this year's powerful theme, “Bayanihan Para sa Karagatan — Clean Seas for Resilient Communities,” we are reminded that clean seas start far from the shore — it starts in our schools, offices, and waterways.

How is this connected to CART?
The Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) advocates for clean, orderly, and accountable service. The same principle applies to our environment:
CART ensures a clean system of governance.
ICC ensures clean seas and waterways.
Our Inland Clean-Up proves that resilience starts from within — from our own institution.

Because an office that is compliant, organized, and free from red tape is also an institution that cares, cleans, and acts for the community.

From our desks to our waterways — we serve, we clean, we care!

THE BATAAN PENINSULA STATE UNIVERSITY's COMMITTEE ON ANTI-RED TAPE (CART) OCULAR visit at the College of Allied Health Sciences
September 16, 2026 | BPSU Main Campus

The BPSU Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) successfully conducted its Ocular Visit at the College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) yesterday as part of our continuous compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and Ease of Doing Business Act (RA 11032).

The visit focused on ensuring that ARTA compliances are not just displayed, but truly felt and applied at the College level:
✅ Citizen's Charter — visible, updated, and accessible to our students and clients of CAHS (BS Nursing, BS Midwifery, BS Public Health, and BS Radiologic Technology)
✅ Public Assistance and Complaints Desk — functional and manned
✅ Zero Contact Policy & No Noon Break — observed in frontline services
✅ ARTA prescribed forms, signage, and feedback mechanisms — in place

More than compliance, this visit reminds us that at CAHS — where we train future nurses, midwives, public health workers, and radtechs — efficient, compassionate, and accountable service is part of their profession.

What we practice in our offices is what we teach our students in the clinics.

The ocular visit was facilitated by Maria Crisanta V. Casupanan - Canare, University CART Secretariat and Ms. Monaliza Rodriguez, CART Member.

Our heartfelt thanks to the CAHS family, headed by its Associate Director Prof. Ma. Elinor S. Soriano, Deans of the School of Nursing Dr. Jocelyn Villanueva, School of Midwifery Dr. Christian Orte and School of Public Health and Community Development Prof. Rachel Castillo, program heads and admin staff for the warm accommodation and for continuously upholding a culture of transparency and public service.
