City Library of Balanga Welcome to the City Library of Balanga! Garcia III, a three-term mayor of the city. Mayor Joet served from June 30, 2007 - to June 30, 2016.

The City Library of Balanga is a public library founded on December 6, 2013, upon the approval of Resolution 122, Series of 2012-- A Resolution Expressing the Intent of the City of Balanga to Establish a Public Library under the leadership of Mayor Jose Enrique "Joet" S. Its construction began on May 28, 2012, and completed on December 01, 2013. The city library completes the University Town concept of the City of Balanga. Its er****on is an implementation of the Republic Act No. 7743 -- An Act Providing For The Establishment Of Congressional, City And Municipal Libraries And Barangay Reading Centers Throughout The Philippines, Appropriating The Necessary Funds Therefor And For Other Purposes, on September 10, 2012. It was formally open to the public on December 9, 2013.

Tunghayan ang kanyang naging paglalakbay at mga pagsubok sa Europa upang magsilbi sa bansa.
