A total of 289 successful patients underwent circumcision today, May 23, 2026, at Penelco Stadium through the Multi-Sectoral Governance Council (MSGC) Balanga City Operation Tuli 2026.
The Multi-Sectoral Governance Council (MSGC) Balanga City would like to acknowledge and extend our deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses from various hospitals and the City Health Office of Balanga, headed by our Committee on Health, Dr. Ariel Ilaya and Dr. Ramil Pizarro.
We also thank our 25 Barangay Captains, led by ABC President Captain Erlinda Ganzon with her assistant Ms. Oriel , for their unwavering support and cooperation.
Special appreciation goes to our MSGC Operation Tuli Technical Working Group — Dr. Ariel, Dr. Ramil, Ms. Angie, Ms. Amanda, Ate Loi, Ma’am Dador, and Mr. Franz — for their dedication and hard work in making this meaningful event possible.
To our dear MSGC members Mr. Vic, Mr. Jimmy, Ms. Terrence, and Mr. Bundang, thank you for your presence and support throughout the activity.
We are also deeply grateful to our generous donors from MSGC whose kindness and donations benefited 289 patients across 25 barangays.
Our heartfelt thanks as well to Penelco Stadium for providing an excellent venue and allowing us to successfully conduct Operation Tuli 2026.
Lastly, we sincerely thank Mayor Raquel Garcia, Vice Mayor Francis Garcia, together with the City Department Heads, for their full support and commitment in making this community service initiative a success.
