MSGC Balanga: A Testament to Excellence in Participatory Governance

Once again, MSGC Balanga has demonstrated its outstanding performance, unwavering commitment, and exemplary contribution to advancing participatory, transparent, and accountable governance as an active member of the Local Special Bodies. Through consistent engagement, meaningful collaboration, and steadfast dedication to people’s participation, the organization has played a vital role in promoting inclusive development.

MSGC Balanga’s efforts have significantly strengthened the partnership between civil society and local government, ensuring that community voices are heard, public processes remain transparent, and development initiatives are participatory and responsive. Their continued dedication stands as a model for effective community-driven governance.

Multi-Sectoral Governance Coalition proudly takes part in the Balanga Kahanga-Hanga Mapagkalinga Challenge, showcasing our strong commitment to the City Government of Balanga with Mayora Garcia and Vice Mayor Francis Garcia and to our stakeholders and partners.

We are united in our mission to create meaningful impact across all 25 barangays and the entire Balanga community.

Through unity and cooperation, we believe that even small, purposeful actions can lead to a better, more compassionate Balanga.

Congratulations everyone!!

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our members for the successful and well-organized MSGC **Operation Tuli**. Your dedication, teamwork, and commitment truly made this event a resounding success.

Special recognition goes to our Committee Heads, **Dr. Ariel Ilaya** and **Dr. Ramil Pizarro**, whose leadership and coordination were vital to the smooth conduct of the operation. To all our doctors, nurses, IIEE volunteers PENELCO and to all people who help us to make this event successful.

Through everyone’s collective efforts, a total of **380 patients** were successfully circumcised, including **81 patients** referred to **LTO Pilar (BGH Venue)**. Proper aftercare instructions were provided to all parents to ensure a safe recovery and to guide them in case of any post-operative concerns.

This accomplishment reflects our shared purpose and unwavering commitment to serving our community.

Mayor Francis and Mayora Raquel, GSO, CPAOO , MISO and City Helath and to City Government of Balanga, to all our Brgy. Captains headed by Kap Erlinda..maraming salamat po sa inyong suporta sa MSGC operation tuli.

MSGC- BPSU - COB CENRO

A mural painting featuring the replica of the iconic
Balanga Plaza Mayor soon to rise behind Jollebbee
“jollikod”is more than just an artwork.

It will be a symbol of pride, creativity and community spirit. Designed and to be painted by the BPSU Architecture students, this mural will become a visual landmark and a go to spot selfies and joyful moments for everone who passes by.

This is a shining example of what we can acheive when the Government, Academe and the Community come together with One Vision.

We hope that this color will not only to the wall but
to the heart of our fellow Balanguenos.
