Walang pasok sa Lunes, Nobyembre 10, sa lahat ng antas ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Lungsod ng Balanga, gayundin sa mga pampublikong tanggapan, dahil sa banta ng .
Ito po ay alinsunod sa announcement ng Provincial Government of Bataan at batay sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA at rekomendasyon ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng ating mga mag-aaral at ng publiko.
Patuloy na naka-alerto ang mga tanggapan ng lokal na pamahalaan na may tungkulin sa disaster response. Handa silang rumesponde sa anumang emergency at kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ng monitoring upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng bawat Balangueño sa gitna ng masamang panahon.
Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatiling mapagmatyag, iwasan ang mga binabahang lugar, at sundin ang mga opisyal na abiso mula sa mga awtoridad para sa kaligtasan ng lahat.

📣 The City Government of Balanga, in coordination with the Schools Division Office of Balanga City, announces the following:

🏫 Preventive Suspension of Face-to-Face Classes & Shift to ADM

📅 October 17, 2025 | Friday
📍 All public and private schools – Elementary & Secondary

In the interest of ensuring the safety and well-being of all learners and teachers, face-to-face classes are suspended, and all schools will shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) on the said date.

🎯 Objectives:
🔹 Structural Safety – Conduct of building inspections with the City Engineering Office
🔹 Health Break – Deep cleaning and disinfection of school facilities
🔹 Academic Well-being – Time for mental health and exam preparation
🔹 Disaster Readiness – Facility maintenance, reinforcement of DRRM protocols, and enhancement of the Earthquake Contingency Plans for schools.
