STA ANA, PAMPANGA— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (ELCAC), Joint personnel of Pampanga 2nd PMFC (lead unit) led by PMAJ FERNANDO S MANALASTAS, OIC Force Commander together with Sta Ana MPS, Arayat MPS, Magalang MPS Apalit MPS, San Luis M PS, Bacolor MPS, Mabalacat CPS, Mexico MPS, San Fernando CPS, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) Pampanga, Pampanga 1st PMFC and 302nd Company RMFB3, successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on July 18, 2026. The targeted operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives, facilitating the voluntary withdrawal of support for Alyansa ng mga Magbubukid sa Gitnang Luzon (AMGL-KMP).

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3, and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

This success highlights the effective collaboration within the Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and the unwavering commitment of our police force to encourage rebels to return to the fold of the law.

PD BATAAN ATTENDED IDADAIT STREET DANCE COMPETITION; RECEIVED DOH-TRC RECOGNITION

On July 17, 2026, at about 1:00 PM, Provincial Director PCOL MARITES A SALVADORA attended the IDADAIT Street Dance Competition held at the Bataan People's Center in Balanga City, Bataan. The activity was facilitated by the Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH TRC), headed by Dr. Elizabeth P. Serrano, and was attended by distinguished guests Dr. Benjamin P. Reyes, Ms. Geraldine Roman, Hon. Godofredo B. Galicia Jr., Hon. Mylene A. Serrano, Hon. Romano Del Rosario and representatives from various partner agencies. During the program, the DOH TRC presented a Certificate of Appreciation to PCOL SALVADORA, PD in recognition of her invaluable support in strengthening the advocacy of empowering the youth through community engagement while promoting a healthy, productive, and drug-free lifestyle.

The Bataan Police Provincial Office actively supported the event by deploying personnel to ensure the safety and security of all participants, organizers, and spectators throughout the activity. The participation of Bataan Police reflects the commitment to collaborating with partner agencies in advancing youth development, substance abuse prevention, and community-based initiatives that foster a peaceful, safe, resilient and progressive province of Bataan.

HERMOSA BATAAN— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (ELCAC), joint elements of the Bataan 1st PMFC (lead unit) led by PLTCOL ELIAS L. TAIT, Force Commander, together with Bataan PIT, RIU 3 (Intel Packet), Bataan 2nd PMFC, Bataan PIU, 302nd Maneuver Company (RMFB3), Naval Intelligence Security Group-Northern Luzon (NISG-NL), RID3, 69IB, 72MICO, NICA 3, and 7MIB of the Philippine Army, successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on July 16, 2026. The targeted operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives, facilitating the voluntary surrender of a members of the Communist Front Organization (CFO), Alyansa ng mga Magbubukid sa Gitnang Luson (AMGL), Concurrently, the operating elements secured the surrender of tactical assets, including one (1) caliber .38 revolver without a serial number, further weakening local insurgent capability and reducing loose fi****ms in the region.

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3, and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

New Cabalan, Olongapo City — In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 and the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ELCAC), joint operatives from the Olongapo City Mobile Force Company, Olongapo City Police Office (OCMFC-OCPO) as the lead unit, the City Intelligence Unit, Olongapo City Police Office (CIU-OCPO), the Provincial Intelligence Team–Zambales, Regional Intelligence Unit 3 (PIT-ZAM, RIU3), and Police Station 6, Olongapo City Police Office (PS6-OCPO), successfully conducted an intelligence-driven operation on July 16, 2026. The coordinated operation resulted in a significant accomplishment in support of regional peace and security initiatives, culminating in the voluntary surrender of members of ANAKPAWIS, identified by the reporting agency as a Communist Front Organization (CFO) and Underground Mass Organization (UGMO). The individuals were reportedly affiliated with the organization's former leadership under Gary Hernandez, who was identified as one of its organizers operating in Central Luzon and the National Capital Region, under the overall leadership of Rafael V. Mariano, National President of ANAKPAWIS.

Norzagaray Bulacan— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 and the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ELCAC), joint operatives from 301st MC RMFB3 (lead unit), PIU Bulacan, 1st and 2nd Bulacan PMFC, Norzagaray MPS., successfully conducted an intelligence-driven operation on July 16, 2026. The coordinated operation resulted in a significant accomplishment in support of regional peace and security initiatives, culminating in the voluntary surrender and withdrawal of support of 1 (one) former members of Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap operating in the province of Bulacan.

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3, and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

Botolan, Zambales— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (EO 70) and the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP), joint operating elements of the 305th Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 (305th MC, RMFB3) as the lead unit, together with PIT-Zambales, RIU3 (provider of the intelligence packet), Botolan MPS, the 1st and 2nd PMFC, Zambales PPO, the 69th Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army (69th IB, PA), and the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), Zambales PPO, successfully conducted an intelligence-driven operation on July 16, 2026. The operation resulted in the voluntary surrender and withdrawal of support of one (1) former courier of the Regional Yunit Guerilla (RYG), Zambales. The surrenderer also turned over one (1) improvised 12-gauge shotgun without a serial number and two (2) live rounds of ammunition. This accomplishment contributed to the government's peace and security efforts by weakening local insurgent capability and reducing the proliferation of loose fi****ms in the region.

2nd PMFC- NEPPO — In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (ELCAC), elements of 2nd PMFC-NEPPO led by PCPT NICKDEO R PASTOR, 3rd FOB Platoon Leader (Lead Unit), under the supervision of PTCOL WARLY C BITOG, Force Commander, together with Guimba MPS, San Jose CPS, Lupao MPS, Llanera MPS, Rizal MPS, Pantabangan MPS, Sto. Domingo MPS, Licab MPS, Quezon MPS, Cuyapo MPS, PIU-NEPPO, 303rd MC RMFB3, NICA3, RIU3, IOS RID3, 48IB 7ID PA, and 21SAC-2SAB (Support Units), conducted Special Intelligence Operation that resulted in the voluntary withdrawal of support of Ten (10) members of Liga ng Manggagawang Bukid (LMB) to Alyansang Magbubukid sa Gitnang Luzon under the Kilusan ng Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (Not PSR Listed) and their Oath of Allegiance to the Government.

On July 17, 2026, at about 12:00 noon, Provincial Director PCOL MARITES A SALVADORA led a simple lunch gathering for Bataan PPO personnel celebrating their birthdays in the month of July. The activity served as a meaningful opportunity to recognize the celebrants and strengthen camaraderie among personnel through fellowship and shared appreciation. During the gathering, PCOL Salvadora emphasized the importance of personnel welfare, unity, and teamwork in achieving the organization's mission and delivering quality public service.

She also expressed her gratitude for the dedication and commitment of all Bataan PPO personnel, encouraging them to continue serving with professionalism, integrity, and compassion—not only in ensuring the safety and security of the people of Bataan but also in supporting and caring for their fellow police officers. BATAAN PPO SUPPORTS LOCAL VENDORS THROUGH KADIWA NG PANGULO PROGRAM

On July 17, 2026, at about 8:00 AM, local vendors showcased and sold various locally produced goods at Camp PFC Cirilo S Tolentino, Balanga City, Bataan, through the Kadiwa ng Pangulo Store in the Camp. Personnel of the Bataan Police Provincial Office led by Provincial Director PCOL MARITES A SALVADORA, actively supported the activity by purchasing products from our province's local vendors, helping them to promote local businesses and livelihood opportunities within the community. The initiative highlighted the Bataan PNP’s commitment in supporting local entrepreneurs and strengthening partnerships with the community. Through activities such as the Kadiwa ng Pangulo program, Bataan PPO continues to contribute to economic development by encouraging the patronage of locally made products while fostering goodwill and cooperation between the police force and the public.
