DOLE NIR Director Atty. Randolf C. Pensoy Pays Courtesy Visit to Mayor Goñi

Department of Labor and Employment – Negros Island Region (DOLE-NIR) Regional Director Atty. Randolf C. Pensoy paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Luigi Marcel T. Goñi.
