The Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services Office Cordillera Administrative Region led the 13th PSA Anniversary Motorcade on 02 September 2026, bringing together PSA personnel and partner agencies in a celebration of the agencyโ€™s anniversary and its continued commitment to public service.

The motorcade was organized with the participation of personnel from the Regional Statistical Services Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (RSSO CAR) and the Provincial Statistical Office of Benguet (PSO Benguet), together with partner agencies from the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples-Cordillera Administrative Region (NCIP-CAR) and the Commission on Population and Development-Cordillera Administrative Region (CPD-CAR).

Participants assembled at the Baguio Convention Center, which served as the starting point of the motorcade. The convoy proceeded along Session Road, Harrison Road, and Kisad Road, before heading toward the PSA CAR Regional Office, where the activity concluded.

Despite the strong winds and scattered rains brought by the southwest monsoon, the participating offices and partner agencies demonstrated their enthusiasm and support for the celebration, braving the unfavorable weather conditions to mark another milestone in the PSAโ€™s service to the public.

The activity also provided an avenue for RSSO CAR to strengthen its partnership with participating government agencies and promote camaraderie among its personnel. It highlighted the shared commitment of the participating offices and partner agencies to advancing responsive and quality public service.

As the PSA celebrates its 13th Anniversary, RSSO CAR remains committed to fulfilling its mandate of providing timely, accurate, and relevant statistics and civil registration services that support evidence-based planning, decision-making, and development in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
