📍 Barangay Happy Homes–Old Lucban, City of Baguio

A quiet community is a happy community. Let’s work together to keep our nights peaceful and respectful for everyone. 💙

🕙 Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Strictly Observed)

🚫 Avoid Loud Noise:
• Karaoke / Videoke
• Loud music & speakers
• Shouting or disturbing activities
• Any unnecessary noise that affects neighbors

🎤 Reminder:
Karaoke is allowed only until 12:00 midnight and requires a barangay permit.

⚠️ FINES & PENALTIES:
🔹 1st Offense – ₱1,000 fine or up to 6 months imprisonment
🔹 2nd Offense – ₱3,000 fine
🔹 3rd Offense – ₱5,000 fine

📢 A warning will be given before penalties are imposed.

🎄 Exceptions may apply during holidays, festivals, and special occasions.

Did you know that government projects are NOT for personal promotion?

The Anti-Epal Law prohibits public officials from using government-funded projects, programs, and assistance to promote themselves through names, photos, slogans, or logos.

🚫 What is NOT allowed?
❌ Putting names, photos, or slogans of officials on government projects
❌ Politicians’ presence or involvement in the distribution of public aid
❌ Using public funds for self-promotion

🎯 Why this matters:
✅ Ensures taxpayer money benefits the public
✅ Promotes transparency and good governance
✅ Stops “epal” practices in government services
