The Department of Information and Communications Technology - DICT is calling on the next generation of innovators in the Cordillera Administrative Region to turn bold ideas into startup-ready solutions.
Now on its 11th year, the Philippine Startup Challenge (PSC XI) brings an enhanced journey for Senior High School, College, and Tech-Voc students who are ready to innovate, build, and create meaningful impact.
Through PSC XI, participating teams will be guided from ideation to prototype development, with opportunities to learn from industry experts, startup enablers, and mentors. This is your chance to strengthen your idea, develop your solution, and take your first step into the Philippine startup ecosystem.

For over a decade, the Philippine Startup Challenge (PSC) has empowered student innovators across the country to think boldly, solve real-world challenges, and take their first steps into the Philippine startup ecosystem. Now on its 11th year, PSC XI introduces an enhanced program designed to help students transform their ideas into startup-ready solutions.
Open to Senior High School, College, and Tech-voc students, PSC XI will guide participating teams through ideation to prototype development, complemented by mentorship sessions with industry experts and startup enablers. Through these opportunities, participants can strengthen their ideas, refine their solutions, and build the skills they need to bring their innovations closer to the market.
