You carried the name and pride of our barangay on one of the biggest stages with courage and dignity.

"₱20 Bigas: Tulong at Pagmamahal para sa Mamamayan."

Good news! ₱20/kilo rice is available and will be sold on JUNE 3, 2026 (Wednesday, 8:30 AM onwards) at the CVAO Multi-purpose Hall (New Building), Slaughterhouse Cmpd., Sto. Niño Brgy, Baguio City.

This activity supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): 1- No Poverty; 2- Zero Hunger; 8- Economic Growth; 12- Responsible Production and Consumption.

The following are the QUALIFIED BENEFICIARIES of the ₱20 Rice Program and should BRING the following IDs for validation:
✅ Senior citizens - Senior citizen ID issued by OSCA or any valid government ID
✅ Solo parents - Solo parent ID issued by OCSWDO
✅ Persons with disabilities (PWDs) - PWD ID issued by PDAO or DSWD
✅ Rice farmers and farm workers - Farmer's ID issued by DA-accredited agencies or RSBSA
✅ Fisherfolk - Fisherfolk ID or certification issued by BFAR or LGU
✅ Jeepney & taxi drivers - LTFRB-issued Driver's ID or franchise-based ID endorsed by local transport coop

NOTE: For SENIORS and PWDs (esp. those who are unable to walk), you can give your valid ID to your representative to secure a slot, process and claim your Benteng Bigas.

REMINDERS:

Ang batas na ito ay pinirmahan ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. noong August 13, 2025. Hindi na ito maituturing na “Breaking News” tulad nang nakasaad sa social media post ng Asenso Ka Barangay page sa kanang bahagi.

PAALALA na ang pagpapalaganap ng maling impormasyon upang maging sanhi ng kalituhan ng mga botante ay maaaring ituring na Election Offense sa ilalim ng Section 261(z)(11) ng Omnibus Election Code.
