Today, we successfully conducted another round of our feeding program for our Grade 1 to Grade 6 indigent learners this S.Y.
Seeing our students nourished, happy, and ready to learn makes every effort truly worth it.

San Vicente Elementary School will reopen its gates for in-person learning tomorrow, provided local weather forecasts and neighborhood conditions remain stable. The safety of our school community is our top commitment.

📋 STUDENT & PARENT PREPARATION CHECKLIST

✅Stay Updated: Review the Baguio City Public Information Office or DOST-PAGASA pages, as well as official group chats and Google Classrooms, for last-minute alerts before heading out.

✅Prioritize Local Safety: If your home neighborhood or travel route experiences heavy flooding or hazardous conditions, stay safe and notify your class adviser right away.

✅Wear Proper Gear: Students should arrive at school wearing water-resistant footwear or boots, and carry a compact umbrella or rain poncho.

✅Shield School Supplies: Wrap all textbooks, notebooks, and gadgets in zip-top plastic bags or waterproof sleeves before placing them in backpacks.

✅Pack Sanitation Items: Bring personal hand sanitizer, pocket tissues, and an extra change of clothes packed in a sealed bag.

✅Maintain Health Habits: Wearing protective face masks inside classrooms remains highly encouraged.

After a week of class suspension due to Typhoon Maymay and southwest monsoon, our dedicated teachers, parents and volunteers came together to clean, organize, and prepare the classrooms for our eager learners.

From sweeping floors and arranging chairs to cleaning learning spaces and ensuring that everything is safe, clean, and ready, their teamwork reflects a beautiful reminder: when the school community works together, we create a better place for every child to learn and grow. ❤️

🏆 LET THE GAMES BEGIN! | Intramurals 2026 Officially Opens

Our School Year 2026 Intramurals officially kicked off today with enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and school spirit!

A highlight of the opening program was the Oath of Amateurism led by Jonard Matthew Pascua (Grade 5), where our players pledged to compete in the games in the spirit of true sportsmanship—playing fairly, respecting one another, upholding integrity, and giving their very best in every event.

We were also inspired by Ma’am Helen Danigos, who reminded everyone that true sportsmanship means learning from every challenge, never giving up, and always striving to improve while showing respect, humility, and integrity on and off the field.

As shared by Sir Jason Mainim, DepEd Order No. 022, s. 2025 highlights the importance of School Sports Clubs in promoting learners' holistic development by building discipline, resilience, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles.
