NIGHT MARKET - On June 1, 2026, a dialogue and consultation meeting with Block Leaders and other representatives was held to discuss the revised policies governing the conduct of Night Market activities. The engagement was facilitated by members of the Baguio City Market Authority (BCMA), led by City Treasurer Alex B. Cabarrubias, BCMA Co-Chairman.

Joining him were Assistant City Treasurer Fernando D. Ragma, Jr.; Mr. Romcyl Luke C. Gomeyac (POSD); Ms. Samantha Padong (Office of Councilor Van Dicang); Mr. Ceasar M. Emilio and Mr. Subido A. Lipa-od (CTO–Market Division); Atty. Zosimo Abratique (Market Vendors Representative); and Ms. Rhonda Ali E. De Guzman (BCMA Secretariat).

The consultation provided an avenue for stakeholders to discuss the proposed policy revisions, raise concerns, and share recommendations to help ensure the orderly and effective implementation of Night Market operations.

AWARDING OF NIGHT MARKET VENDING SLOTS

A total of 71 registered Walk In Vendors were awarded permanent vending slots at the Harrison Night Market on May 19, 2026. The drawlots and awarding were held at the Multi Purpose Hall of the Baguio City Hall and was attended by some of the members of the Baguio City Market Authority.

Notice is hereby given that a DRAWLOTS of VACANT Night Market Vending Slots is scheduled on MAY 19, 2026, Tuesday, 1:00 PM onwards at the Multi-Purpose Hall of the Baguio City Hall.

Kindly refer to list of qualified Walk In Vendors as listed below.

For verification and any clarification, please proceed to the City Treasury Office - Market Division. Our office is open from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

All hereto listed vendors are REQUIRED to personally appear during the drawlots and failure to register/attend on the schedule above mentioned shall be deemed a forfeiture of their right to draw and privilege as priority in the succeeding rounds of drawing of lots.

The City Treasury Office - Market Division will be closed from 5:00 PM (December 31, 2025) to 7:30 PM (January 1, 2026). Collection of arrival/entrance fees and fines will resume at 8:00 PM (January 1, 2026) at the BAGUIO CITY POLICE OFFICE.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

In view of the re-routing of vehicular traffic in the City Market, collection of arrival/entrance fees will be reverted to the following collection areas (for goods to be delivered along Kayang, Hilltop and Hangar Market):

BCPO - 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Hilltop/Kayang Intersection - 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
