Responsibilities
β’ Employee Recruitment and Selection: Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
β’ Compensation and Benefits Administration, including payroll, timekeeping and government contributions
β’ Employee 201 file maintenance: Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
β’ Employee Relations: Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
β’ Training and Development
β’ Administrative and office work
Qualifications
β’ Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or any related field/course.
β’ Knowledge of HR functions

Responsibilities
β’ Visit dealers and Hapi Store
β’ Assist the Hapi Dealer in daily administrative tasks including report generation.
β’ Prepare and distribute sales- related documents, presentation and reports.
β’ Remitting collections from dealers.
β’ Prepare and distribute sales- related documents, presentation and reports.Β·Assisting dealers with their concerns and inquiries
Qualifications
β’ Graduate of any 4-year course
β’ With motor and valid driverβs license

β’ Has experience in sales and marketing operations.
