The Department of Information and Communications Technology-Cordillera Administrative Region (DICT-CAR), through the ICT Industry Development Bureau (IIDB), invites freelancers, digital professionals, agency owners, startup founders, freelancer community leaders, academe, private sector partners, and ecosystem enablers across the Cordillera Administrative Region to the Freelance Stakeholders Enablement.
More than a networking event, this is a working session where your real-world experiences, insights, and recommendations will help shape the future of freelancing not only in the Cordilleras, but across the Philippines.

🚀 Here's what makes this gathering different:
Participants will become key stakeholders in crafting recommendations that will contribute to the first proposed ordinance in the Philippines dedicated to supporting and empowering freelancers. Your perspectives on the challenges, opportunities, and needs of the freelance community will help lay the groundwork for policies and programs that promote a more inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready digital workforce.
Whether you're a seasoned freelancer, virtual assistant, creative professional, developer, digital marketer, online entrepreneur, or agency owner, your experience matters.
