Persons with Disability Affairs Office-Baguio City The issuance of PWD I.D is transferred from City Social Welfare and Development Office to PDAO since April of 2019.

Persons with Disability Affairs Office - Baguio is created pursuant to R.A. 10070 to ensure the implementation of programs and services for Persons With Disability, established in the City of Baguio October of 2018. You may visit the office or email us for any complaint and/or inquiries in relation to persons with disabilities.

𝗥𝗘𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘

Beginning June 1, 2026, all offices of the City Government of Baguio shall strictly observe the regular working schedule from Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The compressed workweek schedule provisions of Executive Order No. 31, s. 2026, and any supplemental guidelines or corrigenda issued in relation thereto, are hereby rescinded and superseded effective June 1.

Summer Camp of Children With Disability stay-in volunteers are commended during the Flag Raising Ceremony, at the City Hall grounds.
The stay-in volunteers, including eleven Persons With Disability, stayed with the Children during the five days camp.
