📢 TEMPORARY EXTENSION OF LABORATORY PROCESSING TIME

Dear Valued Clients,

Please be informed that RSL CAR is currently receiving a high volume of laboratory samples. With the number of submissions received, we have already reached our laboratory capacity for August and September. As a result, the processing and release of laboratory test results may take longer than our usual turnaround time.

Our team is doing its best to process all submitted samples as efficiently as possible while ensuring that every test is conducted carefully and that the quality and accuracy of results are maintained.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued trust in our laboratory.

🌱 Soil Samples
Soil samples received in August 2026 are expected to have results available by November 2026.

🧪 Fertilizer Samples
Until further notice, only fertilizer samples submitted by DA-RFO CAR Inspectors in support of procurement activities will be accepted for analysis.

The Regional Soils Laboratory (RSL) CAR joined the celebration of Farmers and Fisherfolks Month in Mountain Province through activities focused on helping farmers improve soil management and crop production.

Ms. Maribel Mananguit introduced the Mobile Soils Laboratory (MSL) CAR and shared updates on its services and activities, while Mr. Jerome Lucyao discussed the proper collection of soil samples and the importance of soil analysis in sustainable farming.

The activity also included the distribution of 100 Soil Test Kits to Farmers’ Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs) and Municipal Agriculture Offices (MAOs), along with fabricated soil augers for each municipality in the province.

To further support local farmers, the team conducted on-site Rapid Soil Testing Services for walk-in farmers and provided immediate guidance on soil health and nutrient management.

Through these efforts, the RSL CAR continues to strengthen its support for farmers and promote sustainable agriculture in Mountain Province.
