By virtue of Executive Order No. 133 issued by the Acting City Mayor Faustino A. Olowan, due to continued heavy rains caused by the Southwest Monsoon, the John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) is implementing a suspension of work from 12:00 Noon onwards today, September 3, 2026 (Thursday), to ensure public safety.

🌧️🌈 RAIN OR SHINE, THE FUN GOES ON! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
