KADIWA NG PANGULO LAUNCHED IN BAGUIO CITY
The Kadiwa ng Pangulo, a project under PBBM Adminisrtration, was formally launched at the Ibaloi Heritage Garden today. The project aims to provide a stable supply of food items to the public.
Baguio City Mayor's Office staff Engr. Leandro Tabilog, Department of Labor and Employment-CAR Regional Director Nathaniel Lacambra, and Department of Migrant Workers-CAR Regional Director Jeffrey Exiono were at the opening ceremony. DOLE-CAR Assistant Regional Director Emer Narag, Department of Agriculture-CAR Assistant Regional Director Danilo Daguio, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority-CAR Assistant Regional Director Jimmicio Daoaten, and Department of Trade and Industry-CAR Assistant Regional Director Samuel Gallardo also graced the ceremony.
With the help of LGUs and government line agencies, Kadiwa is sought to establish a direct market distribution channel between producers and consumers. With the direct linkage, entrepreneurs could gain a significant increase in profits.
The Baguio leg of the Kadiwa ng Pangulo at the Ibaloi Heritage Garden, Burnham Park, will run until April 30.
