Bilang suporta sa pambansang Job Fair ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) kaugnay ng pagdiriwang ng ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Pagpapahayag ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas, ang Professional Regulation Commission–Cordillera Administrative Region (PRC-CAR) ay nagsasagawa ng Mobile Services ngayong Hunyo 12, 2026, sa Porta Vaga Mall (Rooftop), Baguio City.

PRC Joins the Nation in Honoring the 128th Philippine Independence Day

Manila, June 12, 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) joins the entire nation in celebrating the 128th anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence, carrying the national theme, “Kalayaan, Kinabukasan, Kasaysayan.”

The theme profoundly captures the essence of freedom, the promise of tomorrow, and the indelible lessons of the past reminding every Filipino that the independence our forebears courageously won is a living heritage that must be protected and advanced.

As the agency mandated to regulate and license the country’s various professions, the PRC recognizes the indispensable role of Filipino professionals in strengthening the very foundations of Philippine independence. From doctors and nurses who keep our communities healthy, to engineers who build our nation’s infrastructure, and educators who shape the future of our youth, every licensed professional contributes to a self-reliant and globally competitive Philippines.

“Ang kalayaan ay hindi lamang pamana, ito ay pananagutan nating panindigan at isabuhay araw-araw.”

The PRC leadership emphasized, “The Filipino professional is at the forefront of translating our hard-won freedom into tangible progress and prosperity. We urge all registered professionals to serve with the highest standards of integrity and excellence.

Along with this, the PRC is temporarily suspending operations in all its Offices and Service Centers nationwide on June 12, 2026 (Friday). Appointments set on the said date will be accommodated upon resumption of operations on June 15, 2026 (Monday).

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Certified Public Accountants

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Certified Public Accountants will be held on July 08, 2026, at 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M., at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City.

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as “attended”.

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.

May 2026 Social Workers Special Professional Licensure Examination Results Released

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2 out of 2 passed the Social Workers Special Professional Licensure Examination given by the Board for Social Workers in Hong Kong last May 2026.

The members of the Board for Social Workers who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Evangeline M. Guinto, Chairperson; Hon. Fe J. Sinsona, Hon. Maria Lyra T. Del Castillo, Hon. Vincent Andrew T. Leyson and Hon. Jerusa C. Arnante-Homo, Members.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: 1) Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form; 2) valid government-issued ID. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Complete the required information correctly then click SIGN IN (Enter registered email address and password to receive the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email account, copy the OTP to log in your account), complete the required information, save and upload recent 2x2 photo in white background.
4. Click SELECT TRANSACTION: (Examination, Registration of Passers, Renewal, Duplicate, Certifications (to include Authentications and Stateboard Verifications), Oath, ASEAN Professional, Petition
5. Select Preferred PRC Regional Office. Click VIEW OTHER DATES if you wish to change the system-generated earliest appointment schedule. NO SAME- DAY APPOINTMENT POLICY. TRANSACT ONLY AT THE INDICATED APPOINTMENT PLACE, DATE AND TIME.
6. Choose payment channel. You will be re-directed to their website for the processing of payment.

In line with the celebration of the 53rd Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Founding Anniversary and Professional Regulation Week, PRC-CAR conducted a Social Responsibility Activity at the Reception Study Center for Children at Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet.

The outreach activity brought together PRC-CAR personnel in a shared effort to extend support, care, and meaningful engagement to the children through the donation of essential goods. More than providing assistance, the activity reflected the Commission’s commitment to fostering compassion, volunteerism, and community service beyond its regulatory mandate.

Through initiatives like this, PRC-CAR continues to uphold its dedication to making a positive impact in the communities it serves.
