Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 133, government offices shall implement appropriate alternative work arrangements, while alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented for classes at all levels in public and private schools on September 01, 2026, in anticipation of continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat):

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, declaring 31 August 2026, a Regular Holiday throughout the country in commemoration of the National Heroes Day and Republic Act 6710, declaring 01 September 2026, a Special Non-Working Day in the City of Baguio in commemoration of its Charter Day Anniversary, please be informed that the RTWPB-CAR office will be closed on the said dates.

Regular office operations will resume on Wednesday, 02 September 2026.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 132, work in government offices and classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be suspended in the National Capital Region and the following provinces at 1:00 p.m. on August 28, 2026, in anticipation of the further enhancement of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) by the Low-Pressure Area (LPA) that entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR):
