Binatikos ni dating Department of Finance undersecretary Cielo Magno si Pres. Jr. matapos ipagtanggol ang zero subsidy ng Philippine Health Insurance Corp. sa susunod na taon.

Sinabi ni Marcos na tatakbo pa rin nang maayos ang PhilHealth dahil may sobra itong pondo na P500-P600 bilyon. Pero idiniin ni Magno na sablay itong rason dahil ayon sa Universal Health Care Act, hindi dapat ginagalaw ang reserve fund ng PhilHealth.

"Ang hirap kapag clueless ang presidente," ani Magno sa kanyang video sa TikTok ngayong Lunes, December 16.

"Nakakatawa kasi sabi niya P150 billion lang ang kailangang budget ng PhilHealth. E 'yung Konsulta Package pa lang na naglalaan ng P1,700 per individual, kung lahat ng Pilipino ay naka-enroll sa PhilHealthโ€”i-multiply na lang natin (kunwari) sa 100 millionโ€”'yan ay P170 billion na," dagdag niya.

Tinalaga ni Marcos si Cielo sa DOF ngunit pinilit na magbitiw umano noong 2023 dahil sa pagtutol sa ilang polisiya ng administrasyon.

CITY PROJECT MONITORING COMMITTEE. The City Planning and Development Office , Bago City, Negros Occidental has facilitated the conduct of the Capacity Building Activity for the Members and Secretariat of the Bago City Project Monitoring Committee (CPMC). This activity was held on October 8 and 9, 2024 at Resorts Negrense, Brgy. Punta Taytay, Bacolod City.

The CPMC is composed of Ma-ao Punong Barangay Jovito M. Gahaton as Chairman, SP Member Victor Michael A. Javellana as Vice-Chairman, LGOO VI Mia Asuncion O. Gatilogo, Binubuhan Punong Barangay Remy B. Jalea, Dulao Punong Barangay Rey A. Guzon, NECAPA-FA Chairperson Myrna P. Villa and CAFC Chairman Randy Alapar as members. The staff of the City Planning and Development Office , Bago City, Negros Occidental serves as the secretariat of the CPMC.

CITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (CDC) MEETING. The Bago City Development Council held its Second Regular Meeting on Ocotber 14, 2024 at the Resorts Negrense, Brgy. Punta Taytay, Bacolod City. The Council has deliberated and approved multi-sectoral development programs and projects that were identified to funded by the 20% Development Fund, Gender and Development Fund, Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) Fund, Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund. The CDC also deliberated and approved the CY 2025 Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP). The City Planning and Development Office , Bago City, Negros Occidental serves as the Secretariat of the CDC.
