1. Natural-born Filipino Citizen;
2. Must be 18 to 22 years old before May 1, 2027;
3. At least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate with General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% or higher;
4. Single and has never been married nor pregnant (for females) nor has a legal obligation to support a child or children;
5. Minimum barefoot height of 5’2” for males and 5’0”for females;
6. Must have normal BMI corresponding to age, height, weight, and gender;
7. Physically and mentally fit to undergo rigorous training;
8. With good moral character (must not have been convicted of any criminal, administrative, or civil case);
9. No pending complaint and/or case involving moral turpitude or crimes against the state;
10. Must not be a former cadet of the PNPA or other service academies; and
11. Never been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause.

Isip kabahin sa pagpangandam alang sa gipaabot nga pag-abli sa Land Transportation Office (LTO) Baganga Extension Office karong Hulyo, mibisita ang mga opisyal sa Local Government Unit (LGU) sa Baganga sa LTO Calinan District Office aron makat-on sa ilang mga pamaagi sa operasyon, paghatag og serbisyo ug mga maayong praktis sa pagdumala sa opisina.

Ang benchmarking visit gitumong aron masiguro nga andam ang umaabot nga LTO Baganga Extension Office sa paghatag og episyente, dali ma-access ug dekalidad nga serbisyo ngadto sa mga lumulupyo sa Baganga ug sa kasikbit nga mga komunidad.

Gitun-an sa delegasyon ang mga importanteng proseso sama sa rehistro sa mga sakyanan, pagproseso sa driver’s license, pag-atiman sa mga kliyente ug pagdumala sa opisina.

Gilauman nga ang pag-abli sa LTO Baganga Extension Office makapamenos pag-ayo sa oras ug gasto sa mga motorista ug aplikante nga sa pagkakaron kinahanglan pang mobiyahe ngadto sa ubang mga distrito aron makakuha sa serbisyo sa LTO.

Nagpasalamat ang LGU Baganga sa administrasyon ug mga kawani sa LTO Calinan sa ilang mainiton nga pagdawat sa delegasyon ug sa pagpaambit sa ilang kahibalo ug kasinatian.

Gikatakdang ablihan ang LTO Baganga Extension Office karong Hulyo, nga usa ka mahinungdanong lakang sa pagpausbaw sa kaharuhay ug kasayon sa pag-avail sa mga serbisyo alang sa mga lumulupyo sa Baganga.

Gipangulohan ni Municipal Administrator Joy Grecia ang miting sa Management Committee (MANCOM) aron hisgutan ang mga pagpangandam alang sa umaabot nga caravan activities, selebrasyon sa Araw ng Baganga ug Municipal Fiesta sa Setyembre, ingon man sa Awuyon Festival sa Disyembre.

Atol sa miting, girepaso sa mga department heads ug municipal officials ang iskedyul sa mga kalihokan, pagbahin sa mga responsibilidad ug koordinasyon sa mga plano aron masiguro ang hapsay ug malampusong pagpatuman sa mga aktibidad.

Gihisgutan usab ang mga panginahanglanon sa logistics, seguridad ug partisipasyon sa komunidad. Gipasiugda usab ang kamahinungdanon sa panaghiusa ug lig-on nga koordinasyon sa tanang opisina aron makahatag og organisado ug makahuluganon nga mga kalihokan alang sa katawhan sa Baganga.

Gipahigayon sa Municipal Poverty Reduction Committee (MPRC) ang Municipal Community Assessment (MCA) Validation ug Finalization Meeting aron susihon ug pinalon ang resulta sa MCA nga nagpakita sa kasamtangang kahimtang ug panginahanglan sa komunidad.

Atol sa miting, gi-orient ang mga partisipante sa proseso sa pag-rate sa MCA, lakip ang pagrepaso sa mga indikador, giya sa pagmarka, ug pamaagi sa assessment. Human niini, nagpahigayon ang mga miyembro sa indibidwal nga pag-assess ug paghatag og marka nga gisundan sa paghiusa ug presentasyon sa inisyal nga mga resulta.

l 𝐌𝐇𝐎 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦

Municipal Health Office recently conducted an orientation on the latest updates of the Upgrading System for Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), Human Resources for Health (HRH) personnel, midwives and other health office staff.

The activity was initiated by Municipal Mayor Lary B. Taya to ensure that all health workers are well-informed about the new developments and procedures under the upgraded system.

The orientation provided a venue to discuss key updates, clarify guidelines, and strengthen coordination among health personnel in the delivery of quality healthcare services. Participants actively engaged in discussions, raised concerns and gained a clearer understanding of the system’s implementation.

Through this initiative, the local government reaffirmed its commitment to improving the efficiency of health services and supporting the professional growth of healthcare workers.

The activity also underscored the importance of collaboration among BHWs, HRH personnel, midwives, and other stakeholders in building a more responsive and effective healthcare system for the municipality.
