Preparedness saves lives! Today, schools nationwide actively participated in the National Simultaneous School Safety Drill, strengthening awareness, readiness, and proper response during emergencies. Through coordinated drills and active participation, learners, teachers, and school personnel develop the knowledge and confidence needed to stay calm and act safely during disasters.

Let us continue building safer, more prepared, and resilient schools through regular practice, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Newly assigned 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐒 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐍, Municipal Fire Marshal, paid a courtesy visit to 𝐇𝐎𝐍. 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐎 𝐁. 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐔𝐀𝐃, Municipal Mayor of Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya as part of his official introduction and to foster stronger coordination and partnership between the Bureau of Fire Protection and the Local Government Unit of Bagabag.

The courtesy visit served as a formal introduction and a meaningful gesture of respect, while providing an opportunity to strengthen coordination, cooperation, and partnership between the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bagabag. As the newly assigned Municipal Fire Marshal, 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐒 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐍 expressed his commitment to working closely with the LGU in promoting fire prevention, protecting lives and property, and fostering a safer and more resilient community.

Through strengthened collaboration and open communication, the BFP and LGU remain dedicated to enhancing emergency preparedness, response capabilities, and public safety, ensuring responsive, reliable, and people-centered service for the community.

Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapalakas ng kahandaan sa operasyon, nagsagawa ang BFP Bagabag Fire Station ng 𝑅𝑒𝑠𝑐𝑢𝑒 𝑅𝑜𝑝𝑒, 𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑡𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑇𝑜𝑜𝑙𝑠 𝐹𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑧𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐒 𝐅 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐍, Municipal Fire Marshal.

Sa pagsasanay na ito, isinagawa at pinag-aralan ang mga sumusunod na kasanayan:

• Seat Harness
• Emergency Seat Harness
• Double Fisherman’s Knot
• Cow Hitch

Layunin ng aktibidad na mapaunlad ang kaalaman at tamang paggamit ng rescue ropes, knots, at kagamitan upang matiyak ang ligtas at epektibong pagsasagawa ng mga rescue operation.
