This Monday, the spirit of unity and patriotism filled the air as Mayor Maximo D. Cajigal led the Flag Raising Ceremony joined by LGU Department Heads and Employees, together with our dedicated partners from the PNP, BFP, and Marines.

Donning their elegant Filipiniana-inspired attires, participants stood in solemn respect during the singing of the Philippine National Anthem, the Panunumpa ng Katapatan sa Watawat ng Pilipinas, Panunumpa ng Lingkod Bayan and Bagong Pilipinas Pledge, followed by the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn and the Badoc Hymn — each note echoing the call for nation-building and local pride.

The ceremony concluded with a cheerful celebration of this week’s birthday celebrants, a reminder that beyond service, we are one family.

A meaningful start to the week, inspired by heritage, commitment, and solidarity.

We welcomed the month of June with color, culture, and celebration! In line with the CSC memorandum, the Badoc LGU employees proudly wore ASEAN-inspired outfits during this morning’s flag ceremony—a simple yet meaningful way to showcase unity in diversity across Southeast Asia.

To make the day even more special, we also celebrated the birthdays of our fellow LGU employees who are marking their special day this month. Nothing like starting the week with smiles, music, and moments of appreciation!

It was a beautiful reminder that even in our differences, we are united in purpose—to serve our community with heart, pride, and dedication.
