This has reference to the April 10, 2019 Feature of the ABS-CBN Northern Luzon on Badoc Island that the Island is open for public/tourism.
The Owners did not authorize any individual, private, public and corporate entities to use and open the island for tourism. Activities such as swimming, hiking, climbing, and selfie-taking near the cliff of the island are deemed too risky to one's life. Any operation on the island without authority is deemed illegal and the owners will not be liable for any untoward incident or death that may arise from such operations.
Again, THE OWNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR DEATH that may occur on Badoc Island.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC.
Badoc Island is a PRIVATE PROPERTY and owners have decided and insist that all activities including taking visitors, pick nick, and camping be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.
This is to preserve the beauty of the island and avoid pollution. In the recent visit, there is NO proper disposal of waste and rubbish have also been buried in the white sand of the island.
Again, Badoc Island is a PRIVATE PROPERTY. Signs will be erected on the island, giving notice to trespassers that it is a private property. Trespassers will face LEGAL ACTION and will be PROSECUTED to the Full extent of the Law.
