Happy su***de prevention month to everyone! This month reminds us that it's okay to reach out to your loved ones to feel more heard and seen.

No problem is ever too small or 'useless' to not talk about. Every problem we experience is a reminder to us that we are human, and just like every human, its okay to feel weak and hurt. But, it is never okay to force yourself to ignore those feelings and bottle them up.

Reach out to your parents, sisters, or even friends. Learn to make yourself feel heard and understood. Don't be afraid to express yourself, because there will always be someone who cares about you deeply. Remember, you are lovedโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉนโ˜บ๏ธ

Eastern Bacoor National High School officially opened Intramurals 2026 on September 3, and the energy was UNMATCHED! โšก๏ธ

From the high-octane parade led by the DLC to the grand entry of Grades 7โ€“10, teachers, and student organizations, EBNHS showed up in full force! ๐Ÿฅโœจ

The torch was officially lit by our very own Regional Qualifiersโ€”Mrs. Jaz Villareal (Sports Club President), Mr. Laurence Beatriz, and Mr. Destine Francisco (SSLG President)โ€”symbolizing unity, passion, and victory. Following the Oath of Sportsmanship led by Mr. Destine Francisco, our Principal II, Dr. Ronald R. Drio, formally opened the games with inspiring words of gratitude for the entire EBNHS family.

To top it all off, we were treated to a show-stopping DLC drill performance, a special Palarong Pambansa presentation by Grade 10, the dynamic Wellness Competition, and the stunning parade of Mr. & Mrs. Intramurals candidates! ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ’ƒ
