𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: Please be informed that you may now claim your Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Batch 3.0 for the 2nd Semester of the Academic Year 2024-2025.

The claiming period starts tomorrow, December 17, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and ends on December 22, 2025. Please proceed to the Administrative Building for verification before visiting the Accounting Office, and then proceed to Window 11 at the University Cashier.

Please be reminded that unclaimed stipends after December 22, 2025, will be liquidated to CHED-UniFAST.

Note that TDP claiming does not allow any authorization from immediate family. Only the grantee is allowed to claim the stipend. No authorization will be entertained.

The Online Admission Application for Transferees for the 2nd Semester of A.Y. 2025–2026 will be open from January 5 to January 9, 2026.

Requirements for Online Admission Application:
• Certified True Copy of Grades for all semesters attended (COG)
• PSA/NSO Birth Certificate
• Good Moral Certificate
*Honorable dismissal and Transfer Credential will be submitted during enrollment of qualified and approved applicants.

Note:
• Applicant must properly complete all fields in the profiling section of the Online Admission Application Portal; Upload all the requirements in PDF format. • Applicant must pass the UAT and Interviews with the Program Chairperson.

• Only those applicants with complete uploaded admission requirements will be processed and scheduled for University Admission Tests. Any proven misrepresentations or dishonesty during the application process will automatically invalidate the admission application.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

This is to inform all first-year college Honorians that the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application for AY 2025–2026 is now officially CLOSED as of today.

The Office of Admissions will no longer accept TES Profiling or submission of documentary requirements.
For concerns or clarifications regarding previously submitted applications, you may still coordinate with Mr. Arwin Justine Layco, PAMSU-TES Technical Assistant, at the Office of Admissions, Ground Floor, Academic Building, Bacolor Main Campus.

The PAMPANGA STATE UNIVERSITY TEAM is scheduled to distribute cheques representing the stipend of the 30 grantees of TES (Partial List) will be today, NOVEMBER 14, 2025 at the Cashier's Office, Ground Floor, Administration Building, Pampanga State University, Thank you for your kind attention.

REQUIREMENTS:
Kindly bring (3) photocopies of your student ID or any valid government issued ID with 3 specimen signatures
For those who have representatives kindly bring the following documents: (3 copies each)
· Authorization letter (please be informed that you can ONLY authorize your immediate family member)
· Photocopy of ID with 3 specimen signatures (of the claimant)
· Photocopy of ID with 3 specimen signatures of the representative (Immediate family)
* Photocopy of Marriage Contract (Married)
REMINDER:
To those who are unable to claim their checks on the given schedule will be subjected to liquidation process as per government Accounting and Auditing procedures.

Once the applicant already gathered all the necessary documents for the admission application, have them scanned and saved in pdf/jpeg format. Save the files using the complete name of the applicant and the intended program as the filename of the document. Multiple pages like a Transcript of Records must be saved in one file only.

Successful applicants will be notified via their submitted email addresses. If the application was successfully submitted via the online admission portal, applicants will receive an automated confirmation in their email. Make sure that the applicants have input their correct and active email addresses where they will receive the status of their application and the schedule of their university admission test.
