OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION | DSWD WALANG GUTOM PROGRAM

The Barangay Villamonte Public Information Office wishes to clarify that the barangay’s role in the DSWD Walang Gutom Program is primarily to assist in coordination, information dissemination, and the facilitation of validation and registration activities, as may be directed by the implementing agencies.

The identification, assessment, and final selection of qualified beneficiaries remain under the authority and guidelines of the DSWD.

Please be informed that:

• The barangay does not approve or guarantee beneficiaries.
• Residents are encouraged to rely on official announcements and coordinate with the designated DSWD or CSWDO personnel for eligibility, validation schedules, and registration.

The Barangay Villamonte remains committed to transparency, fairness, and accurate information dissemination in all government assistance programs.

Ini kabahin sang 5-year rehabilitation kag modernization plan sang Negros Power agud malikawan ang mga wala ginalauman kag mas lapnagon nga power interruptions kag mangin reliable ang distribution system sang aton elektrisidad.
