The Provincial Health Office – Health Promotion Unit conducts the Self‑Care and Wellness Day at the Negros Occidental District Jail to advance holistic health, delivering self‑breast examination education for women, mental health advocacy for men, and complimentary haircuts and massage services to uphold dignity, foster well‑being, and encourage proactive self‑care among all participants.
