🐾A Celebration of our Modern Heroes🐾

Last August 25, 2025, the Bacolod City Veterinary Office successfully held the 1st National Heroes Day Celebration at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, honoring our modern-day heroes — the animal rescuers and advocates who tirelessly champion the welfare of our beloved aspins and pusins. 🐶🐱

The day was filled with meaningful activities:
✅ Inspiring talk on Responsible Pet Ownership & Dog Obedience with Spy Dekeling🐕🚶
✅ An impressive Bomb Sniffing Demo by the BCPO K9 Units 👮‍♂️🐕
✅ Fun-filled Parlor Games for Dogs and Cats 🐾🎉
✅ And the much-awaited Pet Fashion Show, showcasing the creativity of fur-parents and the charm of their pets in National Heroes and Filipino-inspired costumes ✨👗

As promised! After Libre Kapon, it’s time to help the dogs at the pound!

In partnership with the Bacolod City Veterinary Office (BCVO), we’re working to prepare these dogs for adoption, giving them the care they need to start a better life.

Before they can be adopted, BCVO will have them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and dewormed. And yes, they’ll also come with FREE Bacolod City Pet Registration! PetHub Ph is there to assist you with the registration.

These dogs may have come from the pound, but they’re ready to become part of your home:
✔️ Spayed / Neutered
✔️ Vaccinated (Rabies + 5-in-1)
✔️ Dewormed
✔️ Free Pet registration

Walk-ins for the Libre Kapon are now welcome at Robinsons Mall (Ground Floor)! 💉

Calling all pet owners—bring your dogs and cats for FREE spay and neuter services happening TODAY!

We will accept MALE and FEMALE pets that are:

✅7 months old and above
✅ Fasting for at least 8–12 hours (no food or water)
✅ Healthy and not sick

For female pets:
✅ Not pregnant
✅ Not in heat

📍 Registration is open until 5:30 PM ONLY, so head to the venue now to register your pet.

600 ka mga babaye nga ido kag kuring ang ipaidalum sa libre nga kapon sang Bacolod City Veterinary Office kaupod ang Biyaya Animal Care nga grupo sa Robinson’s Place Bacolod.

Ang aktibidad ang nagumpisa sang Hulyo 7 kag magalawig tubtob Hulyo 9.

Ginpahayag ni Assistant City Veterinarian Dr. John Michael Cabuguason, 197 ka mga ido kag kuring ang nakapon sa una nga adlaw sang aktibidad sang Lunes, Hulyo 7.

Ginpahayag ni Cabuguason, ginpatuman ang pre-registration sang mga sapat antes ang aktibidad pero gin abi-abi man ang pila ka mga walk-in.

Madumduman, nagbakal sang anesthesia kag iban nga supplies ang LGU nga maka akomodar sang kapon sa 1,000 ka mga sapat.

Tinutuyo sang aktibidad nga ma proteksyunan ang mga sapat sa mga masakit kag unwanted pregnancies kag mahagan-hagan ang layaw nga mga ido.

Natalana nga magpatigayon ang City Vet sang batch 2 sang libre nga kapon.
