🏅 HERO Award: Honoring Employee Right On The Spot 🏅

Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear uniforms, carry responsibilities, and choose to do what is right—even when no one is watching. 💙

The HERO Award (Honoring Employees Right On-the-spot) recognizes employees who demonstrate exemplary service, integrity, vigilance, and dedication beyond the ordinary call of duty.

Today, we proudly recognize four public servants whose actions exemplify what it means to serve with commitment, awarded by our City Mayor Greg Gasataya, City Human Resource Management Officer, Mr. Erman Aguirre and OIC, POSO, Mr. Patrick Halili.

🚦 Mr. Marklin B. Jadraque – Traffic Aide I
🚦 Mr. Ronlan D. Infante – Traffic Aide 1
🚦 Mr. Gary M. Villasis – Traffic Aide 1

The three traffic personnel demonstrated exceptional vigilance and teamwork during a routine traffic operation, contributing to the successful recovery of an allegedly stolen tricycle and helping protect the property of its rightful owner.

🛡️ Ms. Ana Mae C. Catalonia – Security Officer

Ms. Catalonia demonstrated remarkable honesty and integrity after finding two ₱1,000 bills within the Bacolod City Government Center. Through her efforts, the money was successfully returned to its rightful owner.

To our HERO Awardees, thank you for showing us that public service is not simply a job—it is a commitment to the people we serve. 🇵🇭

🏅 HERO Award: Honoring Employee Right On The Spot 🏅

The Human Resource Management Services (HRMS) and the City Government of Bacolod proudly recognize an employee whose actions exemplify honesty, integrity, and dedication to public service.

Today, we honor Ms. Junalyn Anonas as a recipient of the HERO (Honoring Employee Right On The Spot) Award for her exemplary act of honesty in returning a cellphone that was lost by a client.

Her actions remind us that even the smallest acts of honesty can make a significant difference in building public trust and confidence in government service.
