Pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 114 dated March 6, 2026, the 𝐍𝐇𝐀 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 will implement a 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, starting today, March 13, 2026 until further notice.

Alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 114 s. 2026, ang lahat ng tanggapan ng National Housing Authority (NHA) sa buong bansa ay magpapatupad ng Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA) simula ngayong araw, Marso 13, 2026.

Hinihikayat namin aming mga kliyente na planuhin ang kanilang pagbisita at mga transaksyon sa mg araw na bukas ang aming tanggapan.

600,000 PESOS NAIPAMAHAGI NG NHA SA SAN CARLOS CITY

Masayang tinanggap ng 20 na pamilyang nasunugan sa Barangay V, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental ang tulong pinansyal ng National Housing Authority (NHA) sa pamamagitan ng Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP) nito ngayong araw Disyembre 22, 2025 sa San Carlos City.

Pinangunahan ng Community Support Services Unit at Finance Unit ang pamamahagi ng EHAP katuwang ang City Social Welfare Development Office ng San Carlos City sa pamumuno ni CSWDO OIC Ms. Edena S. Dagondon, RSW.

Samantala nakatanggap naman ng tig-30,000 pesos ang bawat kwalipikadong pamilya na may totally damaged houses sa nasabing tulong.

As part of the GAD culmination activities, the NHA Negros Occidental District Office (NODO) through its Community Support Services Unit (CSSU) conducted a Serbisyo kay Juana: Dishwashing Liquid Making in Brgy. Pahanocoy Gymnasium, Bacolod City to the HOA officers of Ciudad Felisa AFP/PNP Housing Homeowners Association, Inc. and Pahanocoy Village Homeowners Association, Inc.

This training aims to capacitate HOA officers not only in dishwashing liquid making but also to prepare them in setting up their own micro business enterprise and for future cooperatives.
