2021 READING MONTH CELEBRATION
Theme: "Bawat Bata Bumabasa sa Kabila ng Hamon ng Pandemya"

In line with the celebration of National Reading Month, the Local Government Unit of Bacnotan has initiated various activities
in collaboration with DepEd to promote the love for reading among learners and to showcase their talents along reading-related activities. Various activities include Poem Recitation Contest, Essay Writing Contest, Spelling Bee, Poster Slogan Contest and
Spoken Poetry Contest.
