The Local Government Code of 1991 and the Republic Act No. 10742( Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015) outline the importance of the elected youth leaders in ensuring the active participation of the youth in the community. The Sangguniang Kabataan’s involvement during this campaign season is crucial in ensuring that the youth will make informed decisions. By providing an avenue where additional information is easily accessible to the community, it reinforces its commitment towards youth involvement.

Hence, the PPSK of Bacarra brings you “𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞, 𝐒𝐨𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚!”. An online activity aimed at informing the youth on their relevant role as a member of society in establishing the socio-political climate in Bacarra for the next three years. As such, the publication will run until the end of election with series of information that will help the voters in the community in discerning who will ensure that their rights are protected as well as their needs and concerns are properly addressed.

The voices of the youth in this election will clamor harder than it has ever before.

BB. BACARRA 2024 SCREENING

* Open to all Bacarreñas aged 16-25 years old;
* Minimum height requirement is 5ft;
* Be in your casual wear, high heels and light make-up;
* Screening dates: October 19 (Sat) and October 20 (Sun) at the Bacarra Youth Center, 2 o’clock PM;
* 24 Bacarreñas shall be selected as Official Candidates.
