๐Requirements
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐๐๐๐:
1. One copy of the COR/COE for the 2nd Semester, signed by both the student and the registrar.

The original Certificate of Registration (COR) with a dry seal.
โ
A photocopy of the COR, certified as a True Copy (CTC) and signed by the registrar.
2. Two copies of your School ID or any Government-issued ID (preferably National ID), back-to-back.

Make sure your ID is validated for the 2nd Semester and signed by the registrar. (Note: Some IDs may require the student's signature.)
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐:
