BARANGAY NAPAO ACCOMPLISHMENT | PBBM ₱200,000 PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANCE 🇵🇭

“BAWAT BARANGAY, MAKIKINABANG”

The Barangay Government of Barangay NAPAO, Bacacay Albay headed by PB Michael B. Bellen proudly presents the accomplishment of the ₱200,000.00 Presidential Assistance under the “Bawat Barangay, Makikinabang” initiative, which directly benefited our community through educational assistance and barangay project support.

🎓 ₱100,000.00 – EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE

Our five (5) qualified 4th Year College Students Beneficiaries from Barangay Napao received educational assistance are:

1. Nikko Serrano
2. Ana Marie Batalla
3. Jean Rose Balderama
4. Erica Bonaobra
5. Glaiza Barrameda

This assistance provides much-needed support to our graduating students as they continue their journey toward completing their college education.

🏘️ ₱100,000.00 – BARANGAY PROJECT

The remaining ₱100,000.00 was utilized for a barangay project consisting of:

Administrative and Office Equipment
🖨️ Printer (3 in 1)
🖥️ Desktop Computer
📽️ Projector

These barangay assets will be used of our barangay, meetings, trainings, seminars, and other official barangay programs and events.

📊 TOTAL ASSISTANCE: ₱200,000.00

🎓 Educational Assistance – ₱100,000.00
🏘️ Barangay Project – ₱100,000.00
TOTAL – ₱200,000.00

📍This is for all graduating college students for School Year 2026-2027 who are residents of Barangay Napao. All graduating college students are invited to go to the Barangay Hall;

📍Meeting Details:
Date: August 21, 2026 (Friday)Time: 5:00 PM
Location: Barangay Hall

📍Requirements to Bring:
Please bring any document proving your status as a graduating college student for School Year 2026–2027, such as:
A) Certificate of Registration (COR)
B)Certificate of EnrollmentCertification from the school
C) Any official document proving your status as a graduating college student

📍Program Information:
This is regarding the ₱100,000.00 Financial Assistance under the "Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholar"program.This is part of the "Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program: Presidential Assistance to Barangay" under the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF).

📍Important Note:
If the student cannot attend personally, a parent or legal guardian may represent them.

📢 BARANGAY ASSEMBLY – OCTOBER 25, 2025 🏛️

Isang paalala sa lahat ng mamamayan ng Barangay Napao:

Muling idaraos ang Barangay Assembly ngayong Oktubre 25, 2025, bilang bahagi ng ating patuloy na layunin na mapatatag ang transparency, accountability, at partisipasyon ng bawat residente sa pamamahala.

Ang Barangay Assembly ay pagkakataon upang:
✅ Iulat ang mga nagawang proyekto at programa;
✅ Talakayin ang mga isyung kinakaharap ng komunidad; at
✅ Makinig sa mga mungkahi at saloobin ng mamamayan.

Ang inyong presensiya at pakikilahok ay mahalaga upang higit nating mapalakas ang ugnayan ng pamahalaang barangay at ng mga mamamayan tungo sa mas maunlad, maayos, at ligtas na komunidad.
