Project LISTO at Sta. Teresita CDC 2 & 3

A day of fun, learning, and creativity filled the Sta. Teresita Child Development Center 2 & 3 as the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan Secretary, through the Baao Municipal Library, brought another meaningful leg of Project LISTO – Learning is our Top Opportunity!

The activity began with an exciting Paper Tearing Art Activity facilitated by Librarian Athlien Nagales, where the young learners showcased their creativity and imagination through colorful torn-paper artworks.

The highlight of the day was the storytelling session by SK Federation President Joy Bayos, who delivered the story of “The Deer at the Pond” in a lively and interactive way, capturing the attention and laughter of the children. The story taught a valuable lesson about self-acceptance and appreciating one’s own strengths, reminding the kids that what truly matters is not appearance but usefulness and inner worth.

The learners were further inspired by SB Secretary Roque T. Pelingon, who gave an inspirational message and introduced the vision of Project LISTO, emphasizing the importance of early literacy and lifelong learning.

To end the day on a sweet note, the children received candies sponsored by the Sangguniang Bayan Members, followed by the distribution of Art Activity Kits courtesy of the Baao Municipal Library.

Through Project LISTO, the spark of learning, imagination, and joy continues to shine brightly among our young Baaoeño learners.
