Blood Letting Activity ๐Ÿฉธ

Venue: RHU Conference Hall Asturias
Date: May 25, 2026
Time: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm

Qualifications for the Donors:

-Male and Female
-Ages: 16 to 65 years old (16 and 17 year olds must need a parental consent)
-Required Weight: at least 50 kgs
-BP: ranges from 90/60 mm/Hg to 140/90 mm/Hg
-Strictly no any signs and symptoms of infectious and/or contagious diseases
-For those who have tattoos, ear and body piercings, acupunctures, and other procedures involving needles: must be done 1 year before blood donation

Preparations:
-Sleep: 6 hours to 8 hours (enough/adequate sleeping pattern)
-No alcoholic drinks 24 hours before donating blood (Don't drink alcohol before donating)
-Eat healthy meal, especially rich in Iron, 2 hours before donating
-Stay in good health
-No applying of rejuvenating cream and other skin care products containing Vitamin A/Retinol and other related substances on the day of the activity and need to take a one month (30 days) break from applying prior to the Blood Letting Activity given schedule
