The staff of the Provincial Assessor's Office of the Province of Isabela, headed by Provincial Assessor Ms. Zenaida A. Gabriel, conducted a benchmarking visit to our office today. The primary objectives of their visit were to observe the daily operations and systematic workflows of our Records Management Unit, gain insights into our digital archiving, records retrieval, and security protocols, and exchange best practices and innovative solutions for addressing the challenges of maintaining and managing public records.

We are truly grateful that you chose our office as your benchmarking partner. Thank you for taking the time to visit us and for giving us the opportunity to share our experiences while also learning from yours.

Meeting and discussion regarding the modification of the proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) attachments, pursuant to the review findings and recommendations of the BLGF Regional Office. This activity aims to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and proper implementation of the proposed revisions in accordance with existing valuation standards and guidelines.

ADVISORY | The Provincial Government of Apayao will return to the regular five-day workweek schedule effective June 15, 2026.

Under Memorandum Order No. 170, all employees and job order personnel shall observe office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The order lifts the previously adopted four-day onsite work arrangement and reinstates the standard workweek schedule in provincial government offices.
