In coordination with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Region II and the Local Government of Aparri, the LTO Aparri District Office proudly joins the Government Service Caravan cm Job Fair on May 1, 2026 at the Municipal Gymnasium, Aparri, Cagayan.

As part of this initiative, we will be conducting the FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) and Plate Distribution to bring essential LTO services closer to the community.
✔️ Open to applicants with no assigned plates (2017 & below)
✔️ 7-character virtual plates available
✔️ FREE TDC for aspiring drivers
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM onwards
