MOBILE PATROLLING | ENHANCED POLICE VISIBILITY
As part of the intensified anti-criminality campaign and commitment to ensuring public safety, on September 15, 2026, at 8:45 PM, personnel of Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PLT LONAR ANSEL C DAVID, Officer in Charge, conducted mobile patrolling in strategic areas of the municipality to enhance police visibility and maintain peace and order. The activity covered major roads, business establishments, residential areas, schools, transport terminals, and other public places.
During the patrol, police personnel monitored the peace and order situation, deterred the commission of crimes through visible police presence, and remained alert for any suspicious persons, vehicles, or activities that could threaten public safety.
Police personnel heightened their visibility and intensified monitoring in key areas to help ensure a peaceful, orderly, and secure environment. The public was encouraged to remain vigilant, cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and immediately report any suspicious activities that may affect public safety and security.
Likewise, the patrol team reminded residents, motorists, and business owners to remain vigilant, observe traffic rules and regulations, secure their homes and belongings, and immediately report any crime, emergency, or suspicious incident through the National Emergency Hotline 911 or directly to the Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station. Through sustained mobile patrolling, Tobias Fornier MPS continues to strengthen crime prevention efforts, ensure immediate police response, and foster a safe, peaceful, and secure community.

OPLAN BANDILLO | ANTI-CRIMINALITY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

Personnel of Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PLT LONAR ANSEL C DAVID, Officer In Charge, conducted an Oplan Bandillo to raise public awareness on crime prevention and public safety within the municipality on September 15, 2026 at 4:44 PM. During the activity, police personnel disseminated important crime prevention reminders and encouraged the public to remain vigilant against criminal activities such as theft, robbery, illegal gambling, online scams, cyber fraud, and other forms of deception. Residents were likewise advised to secure their homes and valuables, be cautious when conducting online transactions, and immediately report suspicious persons, vehicles, or activities to the authorities.

Citizens were reminded to promptly report crimes and emergencies by calling the National Emergency Hotline 911 or by coordinating with the Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station.

𝟖 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐚 𝟐𝟓 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐍𝐠 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝟔 𝐒𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐛 𝐍𝐠 𝟐𝟒 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐬

ILOILO CITY — Dalawampu’t limang wanted persons, kabilang ang walong Most Wanted Persons (MWPs), ang naaresto ng Police Regional Office 6 (PRO6) sa magkakahiwalay na manhunt at law enforcement operations sa Western Visayas sa loob ng 24 oras.

Batay sa Significant Accomplishment Report ng PRO6, naisagawa ang mga operasyon mula alas-6:00 ng umaga ng Setyembre 14 hanggang alas-5:59 ng umaga ng Setyembre 15, 2026.

Sa kabuuang bilang ng mga naaresto, isa ang Most Wanted Person sa provincial level, habang pito naman ang kabilang sa city at municipal levels. Samantala, 15 iba pang wanted persons ang naaresto, habang dalawang Warrant of Arrest ang naisilbi sa mga akusadong nasa kustodiya na ng mga awtoridad.

Ang magkakasunod na pag-aresto ay bunga ng pinaigting na manhunt operations, intelligence gathering, case monitoring, at koordinasyon ng mga police units sa buong rehiyon, katuwang ang mga komunidad na patuloy na nagbibigay ng mahalagang impormasyon hinggil sa kinaroroonan ng mga taong may nakabinbing warrant.

Ayon kay Police Brigadier General Randulf T Tuaño, Regional Director ng PRO6, walang puwang para sa pagkakampante sa pagtugis sa mga indibidwal na kailangang humarap sa proseso ng batas.

“Ang pagkakaaresto sa 25 wanted persons sa loob ng 24 oras ay nagpapakita ng tuloy-tuloy na trabaho ng ating mga police units sa pagtugis sa mga taong may pananagutan sa batas. Patuloy nating paiigtingin ang ating manhunt operations at intelligence efforts upang matiyak na ang mga may nakabinbing warrant ay maihaharap sa hukuman at mabibigyan ng pagkakataon ang proseso ng hustisya na umusad,” pahayag ni PBGen Tuaño.

Pinasalamatan din ng Regional Director ang publiko sa patuloy na pakikipagtulungan sa kapulisan, partikular sa pagbibigay ng impormasyon na nakatutulong sa mabilis na pagtukoy at pag-aresto sa mga wanted persons.

Patuloy na hinihikayat ng PRO6 ang publiko na agad na ipagbigay-alam sa Unified 911 o sa pinakamalapit na himpilan ng pulisya ang anumang impormasyon hinggil sa kinaroroonan ng mga taong may kinakaharap na warrant of arrest.

Ang pinaigting na kampanya laban sa wanted persons ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagsisikap ng PRO6 na mapanatili ang peace and order at public safety sa Western Visayas sa ilalim ng RESPONSIVE, TRUSTED, AND TRANSFORMATIVE POLICING, at bilang suporta sa bisyon ng Philippine National Police na “BAGONG PNP PARA SA BAGONG PILIPINAS: SERBISYONG MABILIS, TAPAT, AT NARARAMDAMAN,” sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni PGen Jose Melencio C Nartatez Jr., Chief, PNP.

𝐓𝐚𝐭𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟓 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲-𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐖𝐏𝐬, 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐝-𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚 𝐈𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲

ILOILO CITY — Tatlong Most Wanted Persons (MWPs), na pawang nakatala bilang Top 5 City-Level Most Wanted Persons at magkakasamang akusado sa kasong Robbery with Violence Against or Intimidation of Persons, ang naaresto sa magkakahiwalay na manhunt operations ng Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) noong Setyembre 14, 2026.

Unang naaresto dakong alas-5:51 ng hapon sa Barangay Nabitasan, La Paz, Iloilo City si alyas “Step,” 22 taong gulang, sa operasyon ng Tracker Team ng Iloilo City Police Station 2 (ICPS2).

Nasundan ito ng pagkakaaresto kay alyas “Mik,” 24 taong gulang, dakong alas-7:35 ng gabi sa Barangay Tanza Baybay, Iloilo City. Isinagawa ang operasyon ng City Intelligence Unit (CIU), katuwang ang ICPS1, ICPS7, at Iloilo City Mobile Force Company (ICMFC).

Dakong alas-9:00 naman ng gabi nang maaresto si alyas “Chris,” 18 taong gulang, sa General Luna Street, Barangay San Agustin, City Proper, Iloilo City, sa operasyon ng intelligence operatives ng ICPS1.

Ang tatlo ay inaresto sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest para sa kasong Robbery with Violence Against or Intimidation of Persons sa ilalim ng Article 294 ng Revised Penal Code. Ang mga warrant ay inisyu ng Regional Trial Court, Sixth Judicial Region, Branch 33, Iloilo City, noong Setyembre 7, 2026.

May inirekomendang piyansa na PhP100,000.00 para sa pansamantalang paglaya ng bawat akusado.

Ang magkakasunod na pagkakaaresto ay bunga ng patuloy na intelligence validation, target profiling, surveillance, at koordinasyon ng mga operating units ng ICPO.

Ang mga naaresto ay kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng kani-kanilang concerned police units para sa kaukulang dokumentasyon at proseso bago iharap sa korte na nag-isyu ng mga warrant.

Ayon kay Police Brigadier General Randulf T uTuaño, Regional Director ng Police Regional Office 6 (PRO6), patuloy na paiigtingin ng kapulisan ang pagtugis sa mga taong may nakabinbing warrant of arrest.

“Tatlong magkakasamang akusado ang naaresto sa magkakahiwalay na operasyon sa loob lamang ng ilang oras. Ipinapakita nito na seryoso ang ating mga police units sa pagtunton sa mga wanted persons at sa agarang pagpapatupad ng mga kautusan ng hukuman,” pahayag PBGen Tuaño.

Hinikayat ng PRO6 ang publiko na patuloy na makipagtulungan sa kapulisan at agad na magbigay ng impormasyon hinggil sa kinaroroonan ng mga wanted persons sa pinakamalapit na himpilan ng pulisya o sa Unified 911.

Ang pagkakaaresto sa tatlong wanted persons ay bahagi ng patuloy na kampanya ng PRO6 laban sa kriminalidad at mga taong may nakabinbing warrant of arrest, alinsunod sa RESPONSIVE, TRUSTED, AND TRANSFORMATIVE POLICING tungo sa mas ligtas at mapayapang Western Visayas.

Kaakibat nito ang bisyon ng Philippine National Police na “BAGONG PNP PARA SA BAGONG PILIPINAS: SERBISYONG MABILIS, TAPAT, AT NARARAMDAMAN,” sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Police General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., Chief, PNP.
