Marami pa ring miyembro ang nalilito, lalo na sa Balik Ginhawa refund. May ilan ding nag-aakala na wala pa ang kanilang proceeds—yun pala ay tinitingnan sa payroll ATM.​

Paalala: Ang lahat ng GSIS proceeds ay direktang pumapasok sa inyong GSIS ATM card, hindi sa payroll ATM.​

Para maiwasan ang abala, siguraduhing GSIS ATM ang inyong chine-check.

Para sa lahat ng miyembro at pensyoner na nag-avail ng Balik Ginhawa (Loan Moratorium Through Refund):

Maaaring nakatanggap kayo ng auto-text tungkol sa “loan arrears.” Mangyaring huwag po itong pansinin. Ito ay bahagi ng automated system at kasalukuyan na naming inaayos.

Maaari ninyong i-check ang inyong loan status sa GSIS Touch upang makita ang pinakahuling update.

Nililinaw po namin na:
• Ang halagang na-refund ay hindi ituturing na arrears
• Walang karagdagang interes o penalty na ipapataw kaugnay ng programang ito

Humihingi po kami ng paumanhin sa anumang abala o pagkalito na dulot ng mga text message na ito.
