𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦: 𝗶𝗛𝘂𝗯 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝟭-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽

On 25 February 2026, iHub Rizal’s 1-day 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 was held at the Audio Visual Education Center (AVEC) of the University of Rizal System - Morong Campus. The event featured a full-day program composed of sessions designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking. The morning session commenced with a 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁, featuring insightful discussions led by resource persons Engr. Francisco R. Barquilla III, Mr. Christian Jon F. Rillera, Atty. Johannes R. Aquino and Ms. Cathrene P. Amante. The discussion was followed by a 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, moderated by Ms. Louise Samantha C. Reyes, which provided participants with the opportunity to exchange ideas and build meaningful connections.

The afternoon activities began with a 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 led by Mr. Jomar F. San Juan, Mr. Adonis C. Lagangan, and Atty. Johannes R. Aquino. During this segment, the resource speakers presented real-world challenges they had encountered in their respective businesses, offering participants a deeper understanding of current industry concerns. Building on these discussions, the 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 led by Ms. Cathrene P. Amante encouraged participants to develop and propose innovative solutions to the challenges presented.

The program concluded with a 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 facilitated by Ms. Louise Samantha C. Reyes. This final activity promoted collaboration among participants and enabled them to identify their strengths and align their skills with team roles.
