Engr. Manelyn F. Villaflor, District Manager of NHA Rizal District Office, paid a courtesy visit to Taytay Municipal Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon to discuss the implementation of the Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP) and the strengthening of housing initiatives for Informal Settler Families (ISF) in Taytay, Rizal. The meeting highlighted collaborative efforts toward providing safe, decent, and sustainable shelter, reflecting a shared commitment to building inclusive and resilient communities.

April 29, 2026 l BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SEMINAR AT ONE YNARES VILLAGE

The NHA Rizal District Office, under the leadership of Engr. Manelyn F. Villaflor, through the Community Support Services Unit (CSSU), conducted a Business Management Seminar at One Ynares Village, Brgy. San Salvador, Baras, Rizal. The activity sought to equip housing beneficiaries with practical skills to start and manage a business, handle finances, and build a sustainable source of income. This empowerment initiative aimed to foster self-reliance and economic resilience within the community.

The activity also paved the way for the distribution of pre-loved items, including ready-to-wear clothing, footwear, and kitchenware, through the generosity of a private donor from the United States. The event was made possible in coordination with ESP Collection Agency, Pastor Rey, and the officers of the Homeowners Association (HOA).
