Bilang bahagi ng komunidad, naniniwala kami na ang kaligtasan, disiplina, at kaayusan ay responsibilidad ng bawat isa. Kaisa kami ng Barangay Sta. Cruz sa pagpapatupad ng mga alituntunin para sa mas maayos, mapayapa, at ligtas na kapaligiran para sa lahat.
