The Sangguniang Kabataan of Zone E OBTACEDA (Obujan, Tagubaas, Celing, Danicop) is seeking talented youth, especially dancers, to participate in the upcoming Basket Festival 2025. We are looking for 30 dancers and 30 propsmen to represent our zone in this prestigious event.
